Lake Winterwood is located in Covington, close to Highway 18 and the new Costco. The home is situated on a private 1/3 acre cul-de-sac lot and backs to protected greenbelt area. There are other homes currently available in this development as well as Winterwood Estates, the adjacent community with older homes on larger (acre+) lots.

David was instrumental in helping us find the right house. We had looked at so many and were getting so frustrated. David was very patient, professional and offered great advice when we needed it.
