Just Listed Bungalow on 85′ Lake Lucerne Waterfront

by Colleen Fischesser on July 10, 2009

Small on size, but big on CHARM! This 1930’s Victorian style bungalow can be discovered at the end of a non-through street on the SouthWest side of Lake Lucerne. Many updates throughout over the years include Hard-plank siding, tile counters, jetted tub and a charming enclosed Sun/Morning Room  (not included in sq footage), where you can have your tea or coffee and watch the ducks meander through the water.

That is one beautiful waterfront listing. How are Maple Valley waterfront properties selling this year? The Seattle waterfront is holding its ground well this year.

Hello Colleen. I’m a resident on Lake Lucerne and my son and his wife have a feasability study going on another lake lot (different lake), but this place has always been a spot of character on the Lake, and has great waterfront plus no wetlands issues. Curious if this house has a foundation and if it is mortgable with a bank. …. Looking at it also from the perspective of whether it could be improved further. With setbacks at 65 feet from the lake as they are now, I’m guessing that the existing footprint of the house is what one has to work with….
