We closed escrow on this Maple Valley property Friday October 23, 2009. The package was comprised of 3 tax parcels totaling almost 10 acres; a 2.45 acre piece, 6 acre piece and the home on 1 acre. The list price was $425,000 and the final sales price was $400,000. This was a short sale negotiated on behalf of the sellers.
