Huh?
Welcome to Maple Valley Real Estate.com !
Cutting Edge I’ve always liked to stay on top of new trends in the industry. Consequently, this may be a slightly different website than you’re used to seeing. Rather than a static website which can grow stale with old news and topics, this site will hopefully be one you’ll want to continue to visit for timely information on local real estate trends and market updates, neighborhood statistics, featured listings and other informative topics.
Because there’s more to life than real estate (or I keep telling myself that anyway), you’ll also find Community and school posts, and my opinions on the industry and area as a whole. (for instance you’ll likely soon learn I’m no fan of King County’s high-handed tactics with rural landowners…which again, is my opinion)
Get Published! Your comments are always welcome, feel free to respond on any published post at anytime. If there’s a topic you’d like to see covered, please email me and I’ll see what I can do.
Privacy: Any contact information provided via this or any of my websites will never be sold to a 3rd party vendor or shared with any telemarketers or other online companies. I’m a “golden rule” gal!

"I was bitten by the "house-hunting bug" at a young age when I would go through the Sunday papers with my parents, looking for open houses. My father was an NFL football coach and we had moved several times throughout my childhood before finally settling in the Pacific Northwest. I have come to view the house hunting and the moving process as an adventure, and although it can sometimes be stressful and inconvenient, I love the process as much today as I did back then!"
