Valley Green
Overview:
The Valley Green neighborhood is centrally located in Maple Valley WA, just off Highway 169. It is close to Wilderness Village as well as the Tahoma School District Central Services offices. Comprised of three divisions, the neighborhood was laid out with sidewalks, wide streets and cul-de-sacs. Division 3 was designed around a large community park with sports court, play-toys and covered picnic area. Although all homes in Valley Green are considered single family residences, Division 3 has approximately 50 “zero lot-line” Townhomes.
Homes
The homes were built by Schneider Homes; Division one commencing in 1994 and Division 3 being completed in or around 2002. The first two divisions have 2 different rambler floorplans, ranging from approximately 1200 square feet to appx 1440 square feet, and a variety of 2 Story plans (One with Master on the main floor). Division 3, as stated above, is comprised of single family homes ranging from approximately 1450 square feet to over 2000. The Townhomes are approximately 1500 to 1700 square feet. The majority of the homes have 2 car garages, but some offer a third garage bay.
Lot Sizes:
The zero-lot line homes are in the 3,000-4,000 square foot range, while the remainder in Div 3 are in the 5500-6000 range and Div 1 & 2 slightly larger-more in the 8000 square foot range with some lots as large as 1/4 acre.
