   I’m looking for a rental list that includes homes for rent only. I’m only interested in rentals. I am looking for properties that are East, South East, and North East of Renton. I’m looking for a home within 20-25 miles of Renton. 3-2-3. Preferably with a garage/2 car. Can you e-mail me a list? If you have anything that falls into a range below $2000, that would be great. Please don’t send me list of homes for sale.

   Hi, my name is Gary Taylor; my family owns and operates a local window covering company called The Blind Lady, located in Maple Valley. We are reaching out to property management companies to find out what they are doing when they have window covering issues. We have been in business for over 10 years, mostly selling new window blinds and shades. In the past few years we have added repairing shades and blinds, and have now added cleaning shades and blinds using our newly acquired Ultra Sonic blind cleaning machine.

   Who do you call when you need a new blind or shade? Who do you call when one breaks? Who do you call when you need the blinds or shades cleaned? We can offer all three services…and best of all; we want to save you money. Why replace a blind that may only a string replaced and can be fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new one, how about cleaning your blinds or shades on a regular basis? It will add years of life to the shades and every time we clean the shade, we will inspect it to see if strings are starting to fray and to make sure operable parts are working correctly.

   I am interested in renting my home to a family in Maple valley and possibly purchasing a place that is a bit smaller for myself. The home I own right now is 2300 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 and 3/4 bath. I would like to know what amount the home could be rented for and what your management fee would be as well.

    I need advice: I am a 70 yr. old snowbird who lives winters in AZ and summers in my cabin off Hwy 410 just over Chinook Pass. This year I want to stay in Maple Valley for Nov., Dec. & Jan. to be near my daughter’s family for the holidays. I will need a fully furnished small apt./house for those 3 months. Eventually, probably next spring, I will want to move to Maple Valley and will want a leased or rented condo after I sell my AZ house.

What are your main goals w/ being a property mngt, are we able to focus on our main concerns or do you have your own agenda?
