Another successfully negotiated short sale in Maple Valley, this two story home in Eastwood Forest now has a new owner. The sale took approximately 4 months to negotiate full release on both liens and the home ended up selling to the 2nd buyer (As many short sales do). Listing price was $229,950 and the sales price $220,000.
